Terms and Conditions
- The Tahan MegaLama Challenge is open to all members who sign up and play on 28-31 July 2001.
- Members must provide real and accurate details during sign-up, and should be residing in Malaysia.
- Employees of Century Motolite Battery Sdn Bhd and Fuse Creative Sdn Bhd (hereafter referred to as 'Organisers'), participating outlets, agencies including advertising, media, event management and any related vendors/suppliers, subsidiaries, affiliates, related corporations, dealers, retailers, and their respective immediate family members, are not eligible to take part in the Lucky Draw.
- Members with the top three scores on 28-31 July 2011 will be deemed winners. Each winner will receive One (1) G-Shock watch. Organisers' decision is final and no appeals, disputes, or correspondence will be entertained once results are announced.
- Winners shall permit the Organisers to use their name and prize-giving photographs for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation and notice to the winner, unless prohibited by law.
- Winners will be notified via mobile not more than 1 month after the Special Launch. If a winner is not contactable after three consecutive days, the next winner in line will be awarded the prize.
- Winners will be responsible for the prizes won. The Organisers exclude all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, charges payable in respect of any prizes awarded to them.
- Prizes depicted in the communication materials are strictly for advertising and communication purposes only and may or may not resemble actual prizes.
- The Organisers reserve the right to replace any of the prizes with another of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to any unforeseen circumstance, without any prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- The Organisers reserve the right to, at any time, vary, add or amend this Lucky Draw (including the prizes and discontinuing the Lucky Draw itself) or any part of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any participant as a result of participation or non-participation in this contest, or as a result of any act or omission on the part of the Organisers.
- By taking part in the Lucky Draw, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by the contest terms and conditions.
